About skill tomes - Guild Wars Forums

So if I understand correctly, if I unlock a skill on my account(aka buy with balthazaar faction or get in game) then I can use a tome on any other character to have them learn that skill? Thats been bugging me for a while.

can do the same with elite skills....just need an elite tome.

Stupid question - I hardly PvP - where does one get these tomes?

From Hard Mode monsters. Elite tomes from Hard Mode bosses.

Yep, tomes come from PvE, not PvP. Also, people are usually selling them in towns like Kamadon, KC, or LA.
